Multi-protocol telecare monitoring centre
We operate a secure multi-protocol 24/7 monitoring centre, capable of monitoring most makes of telecare alarms and sensors on the market today. The range includes but is not limited to; Bosch, Chubb, Tunstall, Tynetec, Climax, and Scantronic. Our CareLink™ operators are trained to answer all calls professionally and with care and respect. All emergency calls are recorded for your peace of mind in line wth industry best practice guidelines. We provide monitoring for tens of thousands of telecare clients throughout the UK and Ireland. So whether it is an alert from your pendant alarm button which triggers the alarm, or from sensors monitoring potentially hazardous situations such as floods, extremes of temperature or fires, you can rest assured our CareLink™ operators will be there to support you and call the emergency services if necessary.
Can I change my current telecare monitoring to TASK?
Yes, give us a call to discuss this. You will need to check your agreement with your current provider as they may not refund any excess charges, depending on your contract with them, but otherwise it is usually easy to change and we would be delighted to provide your telecare monitoring.
TASK telecare monitoring contract terms
We charge a yearly monitoring fee of €66 (Ireland customers) or £52 (UK customers) for around-the-clock monitoring. The minimum contract period is 12 months. For private customers we do not increase the monitoring charge when additional telecare products are added to their system.
