When the SOS emergency button on the Go Watch is activated by a fall or by pressing for help, an alarm is sent to our 24-hour monitoring centre, displaying your location and details. A two-way conversation can then take place. The operator will ascertain the nature of the emergency, enabling them to react quickly to the situation and arrange the help you need. Optionally, tracking is also available via desktop or mobile phone app, allowing a family member or contact to view your location.
