For individuals who feel vulnerable or at risk in their home, unknown callers can cause distress and anxiety. The risk of Bogus Callers and tradesmen is ever increasing. TASK has developed a system to combat such scenarios with the intention of identifying individuals visually when calling to clients home.

Using CCTV technology in conjunction with the Socially Monitored Alarm we can achieve live recording of a front/rear door CCTV camera and two-way voice communication with the client within the home. Our trained operators can take the necessary steps to confirming the caller’s identity and taking appropriate action if and when necessary.

This innovative system further protects individuals within their home. Further additions to the system can include an automatic door release. This would allow the monitoring center open doors to the dwelling in the event of emergency services requiring access to the dwelling thus removing the need for forced entry where key holders are not available.
