- Our trained control centre staff ensure the highest levels of service are provided to all clients and all are trained in call handling procedures and protocols. The TASK Control Centre supports; Emergency Call handing, Homecare Management, Mobile Warden Support, GPS, and many other functions as standard. Our control centre handles all the latest communication protocols. All alarms and system events are logged with audit trails for instant access when the information is required. Data can be presented in a variety of formats via a large selection of built-in management control systems.
