TASK has been providing 24/7 monitoring and out of hours/back-up monitoring services for over twenty years. We have extensive in-house technical capabilities which enables us to meet the needs of a diverse range of clients. Our trained control centre staff ensure the highest levels of service are provided and all operators are trained in call handling procedures and protocols.
The TASK Control Centre handles all the latest communication protocols and supports many other functions as standard, including emergency call-handing, mobile warden support, and GPS cababilities.
All alerts and system events are logged with audit trails for instant access when the information is required.
Data can be presented in a variety of formats via a selection of built-in management control systems.
