Our monitored care solutions help you do just that because you know that if an incident does occur then help is literally only the touch of a button away.

It's often difficult not to worry, particularly if you live alone or have a family member who may be vulnerable. General safety at home, fire safety and fear of crime can be major impediments to quality of life, regardless of the likelihood of an incident actually occurring. Older people for instance, who often live in fear of crime, are significantly less likely to be victims in comparison to other age groups. 

We aim to provide simple, affordable and effective ways of increasing safety in the home and lessening the fear of crime. We do this by providing monitored products which mean that you will never be left to deal with a situation alone. From our Response Centre in Dublin, we provide an around the clock service, keeping you connected and reassured throughout the day and at night. If an incident does occur, it will be managed promptly and appropriately by our CareLink staff, who will assess the situation and immediately notify a family member or the Emergency Services.

Our telecare products for community safety include:

Bogus Caller Button - this can be pressed before answering your front door from inside the house, even if you are only slightly unsure of a caller’s identity.

Community Alarm Button - worn as a pendant, wristband or belt-clip provides reassurance day and night.

Panic Alert Button - A Pull Cord is also available for bathrooms or other areas.

Monitored Smoke Detector - protect your home even when you are not there.

Monitored Carbon Monoxide Detector - raises an alarm in the home and to our Response Centre if Carbon Monoxide (CO) is detected.

Propane/Natural Gas Detector - Provides early warning in the home and to our Response Centre when dangerous levels of gas are detected. In addition we can fit a Gas Leak Shut-off Valve which will automatically stop the gas leak at source.

Our Domestic Violence Recording and Alert can provide peace of mind for victims of crime or those who are particularly fearful. This type of alarm is often used by people who have suffered violence in the home. It can activate silently, and send a signal to our 24 hour Response Centre, allowing assistance to be summoned. A recording is also made of all activity once the button is triggered.
