Bed Occupancy Sensor

Telecare For Falls_www.taskltd.com

The Bed Occupancy Sensor is simply placed under the mattress covers of a bed. It can be programmed to send an alert immediately when an individual exits the bed. Alternatively, the alarm can be set to send an alert only when a person does not return to bed within a reasonable time.

This means an offsite carer or staff in our 24hr-monitoring centre can take appropriate action to ensure the individual is safe. It can be used as a single device or installed as part of an integrated telecare system.

Chair Occupancy Sensor

The Chair Occupancy is placed out of sight under the cushion of a chair. It can send an alert immediately when an individual leaves the chair, indicating a possible fall. Alternatively, it can be programmed to send the alert only if the individual does not return within a reasonable time.

This device can be used on its own or installed as part of an integrated telecare system.

Telecare For Falls_www.taskltd.com

The Door Alarm is ideal for anyone caring for someone with Dementia where there may be a risk of the person wandering outside the home, particulary during the night.

It can be set to operate during pre-programmed times, for instance between 8pm and 8am, allowing free movement outside these hours. It is easily programmed and adjustment of activation times can be carried out remotely at no extra cost.

The Door/Wandering Person Alarm can be used as a single device or installed as part of an integrated telecare system. Like all our devices, it is wireless, which makes it easy to install.

Automatic Medication Dispenser

Telecare For Falls_www.taskltd.com

The Medication Dispenser rotates at pre-set intervals to dispense medication. It has a built in alarm which sounds or flashes to remind the individual that it is time to take their pills. It is ideal for anyone with memory problems or who is required to take a number of pills at different times each day.

The dispenser holds one week of pills if taken 4 times per day - 28 compartments for pills. The alert deactivates when the dispenser registers that medication has been taken, which occurs when the individual tilts the device to take the required medication. A tamper proof option with a key is also available.

This device can be used as a stand alone or installed as part of an integrated telecare system. The system plugs into a power outlet and has a back-up battery in the case of a power outage.
